We will place a plastic retractor to keep your cheeks and lips away from your teeth and gums and then apply a medical-grade hydrogen peroxide solution. The solution will be left on for about an hour. When it is rinsed off, the results will be noticeable immediately.

Take-Home Whitening

In this technique, you will play a more significant role in ensuring the best possible results, and several weeks may be needed to realize your desired level of whiteness. First, an impression of your teeth will be taken, and then two plastic mouth trays will be custom-fabricated for you. The trays with whitening gel have to be worn over your teeth and left in for about an hour at a time. The process has to be repeated till the prescribed duration or until you achieve the desired level of whiteness.

Caring for Your Whitened Smile

It will help if you follow a dedicated oral hygiene routine and undergo regular dental exams and professional cleanings. Avoid staining foods and beverages, including tea, coffee, red wine, tea.
